A leading entertainment company raising money for KIDS
The FWP Academy created a ‘Tri Team UK’ format for a leading entertainment company which consisted of 30 summer training sessions, fitness assessments and speaker and mentor sessions from the best coaches available. The programme culminated in a very successful day with multiple events & hospitality at the stunning Eton Dorney.
Challenge
The client came to us with three main goals. 1) Raise a huge amount of money for their charity - Kids. 2) Develop a programme that enabled staff to learn new skills & enhance their fitness levels. 3) For their employees to come together as a cross divisional team.
Inspire
Each member was able to choose from 30 training sessions, fitness assessments, speaker and mentor sessions from top mentors and much more. Our top class training venues were all within close proximity of the office - including Hyde Park, Ham Lake, The Serpentine and Richmond Park.
Deliver
The Tri Team UK members showed incredible dedication and commitment to their training and fundraising, with all 75 employees delivering on their goals and completing the challenge. They personally raised over £30,000 for their chosen charity, and grew closer and more confident as colleagues and team members.
